Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assist and determination to enhancing South African Social Security Company (SASSA) solutions throughout an engagement along with the agency's senior supervisors at a strategic planning session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled while in the 2024 matric exams.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered for your National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% with the registered pupils inside the education and learning sector.
These learners attained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
